I've had mine for a few years and used it several times with no issue. How hard is the water you're putting in it? Is it well water with sediment? Alkaline water? Chloraminated? Just wondering if there's still stuff stuck in there.

Huh, I've been using water this whole time to clean it. Possibly the vinegar tip should have been literally anywhere, like in the books it came with. Or am I blind? Could be. Point is now mine runs well after the finish beep. I guess I'll run it again with vinegar and see what happens.

I have a CF085 machine that is less than a year old, still under warranty. I have gone through the cleaning process multiple times, to include the more advanced cleaning, yet the clean light remains illuminated and it says CLN on the display, never displaying the time. I have gone through troubleshooting with customer service and the problem persists. Ninja admits that the machine is defective, but they want to charge me for "freight charges" to replace my machine that is under warranty! Don't worry though, they are not making money on this shipping charge, it is a third party charge by FedEx. Excuse me? This product is under warranty still. I have complained to my credit card company and plan to write bad reviews EVERYWHERE. Don't waste your money on a Ninja Coffee Bar-They do not stand behind their products.

A brand new machine and you're worried about paying FedEx....? SERIOUSLY?

It’s literally expedited shipping. They had a new machine to me the next day. Just ask for another shipping method if you don’t want to pay the $20. It’s $14-$16 for the cleaning solution.

I can understand thinking that everything should be paid for. Don't buy an XBOX. 500 bucks or more and you're paying the shipping if you get the red ring of death. That's as old as the 360, but it's the same policy today, and microsoft is one of the largest companies in the land. So I'm not sure what to tell you about electronics that the manufacturer wants you to pay to ship for service. Oh, and I think microsoft doesn't even provide a label. So you have to figure that out yourself. Though, that last bit may have been updated since the 360, the shipping fee still applies, even for small items like controllers. Oh, and can you get a mr. Coffee for the price of that FedEx label? I don't blame you for being upset. But offering to replace the product is already causing ninja a loss. And it literally is them standing behind their product. Not your problem, but nowhere does it say that warranties come with free shipping. So not really their problem.
