I guess I should tell you guys that I came across your channel shortly before the pandemic because I was in a rut with my health and weight. Your channel's workouts and other videos have been instrumental in helping me stay consistent, healthy, and lookiing forward to my workouts. I love the addition of new teachers. This channel deserves all its subscribers.

I’m a fan of Tasha’s routines - challenging and super encouraging! I just wish her sound was more condensed and amplified though, maybe with the addition of a proper recorder instead of relying on the built-in mic of the recording device. t’s hard to make out her instructions even with my volume on max (I’m on an iPad). Thank you Tasha for that super satisfying workout!

Couldn't agree more about the sound quality! I pretty much have to rely on visuals with Tasha's routines, which is not very convenient when you're jumping around and crawling on the floor lol

Usually i do FB workouts on their site with their built in player. Today I started this workout there and midway through the player froze so I came here. I noticed right away a difference in sound quality - far worse on youtube for the exact same workout, even with YT's player speaker on highest. See if playing the video on FB's site helps with audio.

Thank you Tasha! This was perfect for me since I always have owerflowing amount of energy in the beginning and zero energy at the end. So making the cirquits shorter helped me pinch all of that extra effort in the end. Love how you say "wow" in the toughest parts :D I'm here like "you said it!"

I love descending workouts. I'm walk about doing the hardest (longest, in this case) first. It gives you something to look forward to. Great, intense workout.

Omggg! Does anyone know CPR?? 😫😁 Totally joking but man, that’s how intense this workout was; how she was able to talk through this when I was literally panting throughout is a testament to how out of shape I am and how in-shape she is! Admittedly, those times when she briefly acknowledged this was kinda tough “omgoodness” helped motivate me to keep going lol. Thanks a lot Tasha 💛

phew! what a great round of HIIT exercises! definitely got me a good sweat going!! the descending ladders sure make them intense & effective. my only downside is that the warm-ups are a bit long and not necessary to have two rounds. plus those plank lateral hops are not my favourite! but nevertheless thank you Tasha and will certainly come back for more! #homeworkout
