When I first saw the video length I thought I wouldn't be able to complete it but wow, it's a good mix of exercise and repeating moves actually make me feel like I CAN do it (because I did a round before). Good guide too, thanks!

Really loved the format and the combination of exercises! This is quickly becoming one of my favourite bodyweight workouts and it's so reassuring to hear how Nicole gets out of breath sometimes too - reminds me that I'm not the only one panting so hard haha. Thanks for the great workout Nicole! ❤

Been out of my game lately. Stopped running because I had pain in my body due to stress at work, and now it's too hot outside to run - I feel like I m about to faint because of the heat. I had to carry something the other days and I realised I have lost all my strenghts. today my body feels like crap but pulled myself together for a 30min workout, stuck to this one and boy, I feel super good now. Thanks FB. Will get back on my game with you!

I loved it. Challenging and fun. The combination of strenght/HIIT made this really easy to keep going, because of the longer lasting strength vs short lasting HIIT or, in other words, the psychological knowledge that when the long part is over, comes a much shorter one and then a good rest before starting over, motivated me to put my best in to it trough the entire work out. Second, de AB/AB format made it absolutly not boring, because they also where different excercises on each new set, non repeated stuff. Finally I've really enjoyed the cool down, it was very pleasent, really appreciate the fact that she take a time for each stretch, rather than doing a lot stretching excercises super fast.

@shalieshannon14812 жыл бұрын
yes! please let us know cause I really struggle with knee pain too!
@lutchien2 жыл бұрын
I used to have pain and clicking in the knee, so what I did was very shallow movements until I got to a point where I could do a move without pain; then, just keep going deeper. It takes time but now I have no pain or clicking. That being said, if it's a very strong pain, I think you should consult with a medical professional. Eta: and proper form helped. Best to do a move slowly and shallowly.
