Khuri is a remote village that lies around 45 kms away from the city of Jaisalmer. This place is known for its huge mounds of sand dunes, the simple lifestyle of this rustic village, the ingenuous people, the camel safari rides etc. This village has a number of guesthouses, small resorts and few homestays as options for stay. We decided to spend a night under the stars in the open desert of Khuri Village. We wanted to stay in a village but due to time constraint had to choose between desert and village. And ofcourse we chose the desert because the remoteness of the place and fact that it will be exclusively ours made it even more inviting. As far the stay option in concerned we contacted Badal Singh ji who offers homestay option as well as desert Safari. He made sure to give us the best of camel driver named Swarup who took really good care of us during our night stay in the desert and amazed us with simple yet tasty dinner. Mai yahi suggest karunga ki aap khuri jaye q ki sam me bahut bhid rehti hai aur waha paise bhi jyada aite jate hai. Khuri me bhid kam rehti hai is karan waha ka dunes bhi achhe conditions me rehte hai. Humne khuri me aakashganga dekhi thi. Iska main reason tha ki waha pura andhera tha lekin sam me kafi roshnai hoti hai is karan aap khuri jaisa clean sky nahi dekh paoge. Khuri me badal chacha ke yaha jaye wo kafi achhi service denge.

Totally agree with you. But i am also okay if it stays unexplored that way it will be undisturbed and you have the entire desert for yourself which can lead you to enjoy it to the fullest
