Super cool video. When i catch trout in the mountains ill carry some foil on me in my pack. It usually has bacon grease or butter and some spices in it. If i catch a trout that bleeds from the gills and isn't gonna make it ill start a small fire in the bank and tuck that foil wrapped gutted trout into some coals. It's the best fish you'll ever eat.
