I am a little confused as to the difference between Average Load vs Intensity. You describe average load as average percentage of 1RM, but isn't that what the Intensity is? In my head my thinking is I have 5x5 @75% and 5x5 @65% to do that week so my Average Intensity is 70%. Now if I mark that under Average Load, how would Intensity be shown differently. Is it based off of the RPE of the sets?

Definitely makes sense now. Thanks for the feedback!

What kind of RPE Woudl the light volume day be? Given the weight is lighter so less fatiguing would the relative intensity be low to as to avoid too much fatigue? like 6/7?

So the light volume day is fairly moderate rpe 6/7ish but the intensity could still be relatively high depending on the experience and strength of the lifter? Also great work on the videos, really educational and helpful, any new ones soon!?

Too complicated imo. Just simply explain programming in a way the layman can understand. Look at juggernaut strength for example
