A magnificent lecture on designing a two way slab. This lady is not only very intelligent but also a perfect teacher. Throughout, she has maintained a soft and smooth flow of ideas. She has the knack of anticipating the possible doubts/queries and instantly addressing them in a naturally effortless manner. Her interpolation of BM coefficient was remarkably comprehensible. Her tone, full of passion and kindness for her students, is heartwarming.....Her occasional enquiry ...OKAY?...OKAY? shows how she loves and cares for her (real life) students and maintains a motherly communication with them. She exudes her intrinsic and unwavering passion for her (probably) teaching profession. Engineering is par excellence in India not without reason. I wish I could see her face. Thank u madam.

Excuse me mam.. Mam while checking delfection.. Why u took (4140/140)=29.5 Why not (5130/130) = 39.46 ??? Also 39.46 is smaller than (20 × 1.5) Mam pls answer.. i have to submit my project

Pankaj, I have already explained in the video that our major dimension is the short span. So, all the calculations are to be done considering short span. Thats why, for deflection check, 4140/140 is taken

Bro actually mam has written the formula as fck but it's fy actually. It happens she is a human too. So write fy in the formula not fck

@@shwetagoyal7697 mam actually m designing slab of septic tank.. Its dimensions are 4.4×2.4 And internal dimensions are (4×2)m So mam.. to find overall depth.. becoz its shorter span is less than 3.5m So acc to formula Span/overall depth = 28 So mam what will be the value of span
