Design X 2022 Tutorial 01 - Loft

New features in Geomagic Design X 2022.0.0 were made to deliver more efficient, and new workflows for complex designs. They also improve the speed of modelling today's more common and challenging parts. This release also includes major enhancements and various bug fixes to make your experience easier.
ACHIEVE THE INTENDED DESIGN BY UTILISING ADVANCED MODELLING OPTIONS.
CHALLENGE:
- There needs to be more options to control tangency for guide curves and to define connectors so that the user has more control over the loft feature definition.
SOLUTION:
- A new 'Tangency to Face' option has now been added, allowing you to control tangency for selected guide curves.
- New 'Connector Editing Tools' have been added to the loft command. You can now add, delete, and edit connectors to control over influence of lofted surfaces.

Hello, thank you very much for this beautiful set of videos. I am using Geomagic desing x 2016. When you enter the "Extrude" option, you will see "result operator" at the bottom of the window that opens. There is no "result operator" option in my program, how can I enable it?

Doesn't work like shown on my installation. I cannot move the control points the software generated automatically like it's shown in the video. As soon as I try to grab a point by clicking on it, it just jumps somewhere else randomly. I can only add additional points and move them around but that doesn't help if the automatically generated points are wrong and can't be edited. Do I have to press an additional button to be able to move the automatically generated points?

please check the version you are using, I had the same issue in the previous version but now you can simply move the control points with the mouse without pressing any button in the latest version
