That's probably the best part about building something rather fancy...not being afraid to get up it....

This is a great work on FJ 45.. I really would like to have one like this , for I live totally off-road roads, I drive on gravel roads,uphills, downhill,on other areas it is blanketed with black cotton soil which is muddy and during the wet season is is very easily to get stuck. During the dry season it gets very dusty. I would like to know how much could you restore one for me.

At some point with all that amazing terrain, you lost a "Barra" badge. I can send you another if you like.
@DesignedandBuilt Жыл бұрын
I actually have the badge still just need to find some adhesive tape to put it back on!

My opinion (for what’s it’s worth), sell the 2020, sell the fummins, and get what you WANT. I love manual transmissions for towing, and if the trucks purpose is your tow rig, make it happen.
@DesignedandBuilt Жыл бұрын
Have you commented on the right channel? 2020? Cummins? Manual? Towing? I'll never tow anything with this ute 🙃

@@DesignedandBuilt No, I don't believe my comment was applied to the correct video. I am not sure how this happened lol Sorry for the mixup.

How would this engine do as a tow rig engine in an F150 ford replacing my 5.4 3v?
@DesignedandBuilt6 ай бұрын
Honestly unsure mate, never towed with it. Assume it will burn lots of fuel!

@@DesignedandBuiltjz king I own 1 RB probably sounds nicer than the jz.the Barra is a perfect example of poor engineering and zero balance.the only upside there dirt cheap.sound shit ..turn it up watch the problem after problem begin.over 20 years Toyota and in that time 2 Barras and the hype is that internet hype.
@DesignedandBuilt9 ай бұрын
@toughtimes721 how is it zero balance? Mine has actually been ultra reliable, have been over the moon with the performance!

Pretty sick, looks like you’ve been a few places with it. How do you go keeping the coil packs dry?
