I like the video because it explained that when you're first making your plan, having a team or making a team is especially important. The logic model described clearly that there are necessary parts of your program. And when you have these other team members included, you're able to produce different parts of your program to make it comprehensive and complete.

I liked the video because two things were clarified involved logic models being very helpful especially within any stage in an organization, as well as impact evaluations. Within the planning process forming a team is the first thing to do, who to work with because one person shouldn't have the whole planning or information just on them with no help. a good way of implementing a program is making it interactive and having activities that go with it, also having a team rather than working individually gives you more points of view and ideas that you wouldn't normally have if working by yourself.
