So, I've been basically mimicking her diet and I have lost 5 lbs in about 2 weeks with little effort. I'm addicted to fruit and nut mix myself now...but it hasn't made me gain any weight so that's good. I bought some alkalizing greens powder and some good plant protein and make myself smoothies every morning with it. I don't eat dairy and have been attempting to get rid of gluten or most grains in general. I feel like I have more energy. I dunno. I just felt like randomly writing this.

It could be one of two things: either you are a classic "android" shape, like me hehe, so all your fat gets stored between the ribs and thighs basically. Alternatively, if you are specifically storing belly fat, it could be a symptom that your body is too stressed (and storing fat around the core and organs is a protective response)

Keep you meats in the vegie crisper instead of vegies! 🙃Meat should always go at the lowest point in your fridge it's the most hygienic way! Thats how the commercial fridges have been set up in the cafe and deli I've worked in. Also if the meat does put blood everywhere the crisper bucket holds it all and makes it super easy to clean!! 😁

A small tip: you should probably move your cooking spices to a cupboard which is not straight above the stove. I had mine just where you keep yours, a heavy jar slipped from my hand once and fell on the black surface. it goes without saying that the stove broke into tinnie tiny pieces and i had to replace the whole thing :/

I dedicate my top shelf to all greens, middle shelf left to the weeks protiens, middle right "extras", bottom shelf liquids, drawers, non greens veggies and fruits! then I dedicate each condiment level based on ethnicity! best system!! Lol

i know you can buy fridge specific drawers that are really useful for organisation! :) they kinda just look like the crisper drawer but they just sit on the shelves - works best if you buy enough that they all perfectly fit on one shelf with minimal space in between so they can actually function like drawers rather than trays if that makes any sense. i think even places like kmart etc have them, but not entirely sure.

Id love to see your coffee recipes. I know you do black coffee with some almond milk but in this video you also added coconut oil. Did you use refined or unrefined coconut oil? Also for someone who isn't paleo, how do you feel about butter in coffee? And snack recipes would be great! Sarah, they sell lettuce crisper bins that have a removable compartment. I put other types of vegetables in there as well. I bought one at a local cooking shop in America, but I am sure they sell them in Australia :)
