Very good video, one of the best in this series as the chap is bringing up a LOT of points that many will overlook and that can come back and bit one's bottom! With the heat exchangers, one option to free up space could be fitting the A/C condenser in the back, under the deck, with a fan for airflow when it's being used? Possibly something similar with the transmission cooler as, IIRC, it's an automatic? They can be made as a feature, rather than being thought of as a compromise. With the air filters, the primary concerns are going to be cold air and filter area, so rather than thinking it's going to be "this" filter, think instead of custom housings that may use multiple elements, possibly different sizes and shapes, within the cold air enclosure. For example, three 3" diameter elements will have ~50% more filtration area than a single 6" element. Perhaps flat panel filters can be used in a 'triangular' shape with them meeting at the 'top' edge if it makes for a better 'box design?` Without having the figures, or checking the load geometries of the compound hinges, rather than having the lifting rams closing with the chassis points to the front and deck to the rear, which puts the highest loadings on the deck, is it going to be practical to move the chassis point to the rear and move the deck points to the front - that will result in a much lower point load, and bending moment, on the deck? Even better, because tub interference will be less of an issue, the rams can be inclined when closed, further improving the mechanical advantage as the load paths will be improved.

Lots of parts and lots of shapes to make out and fit together for the end result of a working show piece. It Is not something that going to sit there and do nothing but look pretty. It will be one heck of a jewelry box to reveal the master artwork (show pieces) This thing will have burn out chunks of rubber on the back end and show that it runs down the road I look forward to seeing some shoots of the metal work being done.

Using the big ass filter is way more work than its worth, its like trying to cram 20lbs of crap in a 5lb bag. just go with a square filter and box with the oval tubing coming off the back of it, you can also get a better ducted ram air effect with the square filter box.
