This is truly a beautiful project. Few people appreciates brutalism but I hope in time people will realize the beauty of this one. Its having the right tool, the right concept and of course, with the help of our professional architects and designers.

I’m an aspiring architect and I think this concept is really really nice. It blended nicely with surroundings/environment. It’s like an abandoned building that was taken back by nature and just like what he said, “making it as if it’s a living rock,”. Kudos!!!🎉

A true Brutalist interior embraces minimalism and functionality, highlighting the raw materials and structural integrity of the space while avoiding unnecessary clutter and ornate furnishings. A quote from Tadao Ando that fits on this is "Less is more. The more you have, the more you need to keep clean." In short, while you might label it as Brutalism from your perspective, other professionals might view it as a superficial interpretation that fails to meet the core principles of true Brutalist architecture.

my first house would be brutal😅i mean semi brutal.. sobrang heavy kapag brutal na brutal lol.. like in the video gusto ko yung landscape na maraming plants or small trees sa paligid..para medyo medyo makabreath sa pagkabrutalism and i would add some light color woods to soften it.. i like also the combination ng metal sa architecture..and the rooftop.

Cement/Concrete begins to degrades from day-1. After 10 to 20 years cracks may appear. The degradation is minimised with proper long lasting wall paint. Sealing the roof is also recommended. The new concrete mixed with limestone that was perfected in Japan and Italy is a self-healing concrete. Research this for more info.

With Pinoys instinctively known as common designs, as well as the market's influential product availability, many will find this awful, out-of-touch and bizarre. I hope this generation and the ones that are coming will find this design with an open mind and willing to bank on its functionality, aesthetics and uniqueness.

The interior is interesting, but the exterior is cold. I'm also wondering how cool the building will be during the summer considering the lack of windows overhang and I don't see all the windows under a cantilever. If this is the kind of building the clients want to live, then it is "good design" and kudos to them.

brutalist means it needs to be hulking and dark kasi it evokes uneasy feelings, this is too small and light in color to be brutalist. perhaps they called it that since it has raw concrete walls but id argue its more industrial in design
