cuz you bought (probably cracked if you dont know why you are getting this issue) the casual plan. That one limits you to 1m and 4k x 4k res

nice video but I have some questions...What are the terrain sizes supported by World Creator? For example, if I want to import the file into Unity or Blender, what dimensions should I use?

In this latest 2024 version, you can set the terrain resolution to ANY resolution you want!

I was confused because in the video from the World Creator channel, video: 'World Creator 2023 Early Access Preview - Tutorial 02: Terrain Sizes and Detail' kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXyTdIOjmKebn9Usi=ZrHYeJE-oNZWbtmh&t=413 (with timestamp). The presenter states that the precision is only for preview purposes and that when exporting, it's not necessary to define the precision because the export process will already export with the maximum level of detail.

No, he's referring to the "High Detail Preview" part I believe where the visual level of detail outside of the boundary is lower than inside the boundary...but on export the full amount of detail you have establish in the precision setting will be applied to the entire terrain...he's just clarifying that so there is no confusion about what you see on screen. When you add an export preset, you have the option to "Use Project Precision" which is the one in the main terrain layer OR you can export the terrain at whatever precision you want that's higher or lower from the terrain layer one. Your choice. By default, "Use Project Precision" is checked ON.

man man man, intuitiv ist anders. wo werden die daten beim export gespeichert? Und was hat es mit dem Temp Directory aufsich? Ihr verlangt viel Geld für wenig Software, echt enttäuschend!
