Hey Teresa, thank you so much for sharing the history on the invention of the machines that created bread crumbs and dough to make bread. My kids and I are always talking about black inventors. It is sad that schools only talk about them and the history of black people one month out of the year. Any who the cake looks very delicious ❤❤❤❤.

Good morning, Teresa I just wanted to say a big thank you for sharing this great tasting Pound Cake recipe with us. I made this Pound Cake yesterday, and it turned out to be one of the best Pound Cake I ever made. I had never seen a Pound Cake recipe with whipping cream and was evaporated milk, so I had to try it. Oh, I'm so thankful I did. Thank you once again for your wonderful cooking videos. God bless you and your loving family 🙏❤️🙏

Love the black history facts, thank you for doing that. I noticed that as you were creaming the butter and sugar you used a knife to scrap of the spatula , I retired from a kitchen and one of the big No No , was not to use any metal on my whisk as it could easy leave metal chips behind. Just wanted to say this information. I really enjoy your videos.

Thx Teresa. What brand or Make of Mixer are you using? Appreciate the ‘Black History’ moment. Those who aren’t aware of sacrifices made during the earlier years wish to ‘rewrite’ history from their perspective. All that is fine except that it attempts to dishonor those who were addressed as Black peoples for many years, and the many who could not enter establishments through the front door during those years of segregation and change. We acknowledge where we’ve been as we move forward with Dignity, Grace and Acceptance.
