A wonderful video, trading psychology is not well talked about in the trading industry and i think -as an experienced trader you should always be concious of your mental state, especially when dealing with large capitals -i would say most traders stress come from either over leveraging, or taking risk they know deep down they aren't meant to take -if you can manage your risk adequately well, and have a working strategy everything else becomes repetitve and your mental health balances There’s a random distribution between wins and losses for any given set of variables that define an edge.
