Alternatively, if you don't want to drill screws into your table, you could use "Mounting Tape" instead. It's basically a double sided tape pad that is rated to mount heavier things than just normal double sided tape. They come in various levels of adhesion, but the cheapest ones should be able to handle the weight of a coil of cables like this with no problem.

You definitely should I recommend TinkerCad for designing because it’s very easy to use for beginners and use Ultimaker Cura for slicing
