This was my first diorama, and I had a blast making it! What kinds of planets do you think these crews should discover when travelling around our galaxy?
@zarmambi7 ай бұрын
It'd be really neat to see a diorama of them landing on an oblong asteroid to harvest ice for water!
@CosmicQuestHobbies7 ай бұрын
@@zarmambi that sounds like a really cool idea 🙂 I will definitely put that on my list. Thank you Zarmambi!!

Very clever. Found your Pathfinder scratchbuild, was "forced " to watch the Fallon NV video and now this--- Gotta say, very clever builds and backstories (they make the build time go better-er and good-er 😃) Yeah, clicked "subscribe" gotta see how the ol' CQH story(s) unfolds.

Awesome!! Thank you for watching and I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂 I also look forward to what CQH Aerospace has in store for our interstellar adventures. I just wish the models would build themselves faster, lol.

I really love your approach to storytelling to go along with the build. Can’t wait for the next episode - we need to know what’s on the dark side of that moon 🌒

That's a awesome diorama, and cute spacecraft, maybe a little to small for 4 Astronauts.. Would be nice to see some alien spacecraft crashlanded nearby a long time ago..

Thank you Udo!! That's funny you say that about the shuttle.. My wife said something similar. She said " all four of those astronauts are supposed to fit in there", lol. I like the idea of a crashed alien craft also. Maybe on a future build 🙂 thank you so much for watching!!

Very nicely done. In other videos I have seen builders use large pieces of bark mulch for rock features. Once primed and painted they looked great. Great back story, wonder what the energy source will turn out to be.
@CosmicQuestHobbies7 ай бұрын
Thank you Tom! I'll have to give the bark a try on a future diorama for sure!! Hmm.. It's possible the energy source might appear on a future build 😉 thank you so much for watching the video!

Don’t throw out the extra Sculpta-Mold! Just pack it and tap it into the rock moulds! And PLEASE make more dioramas, with your miniature Roxy shuttle on them, as if exploring new worlds and going on new missions!
@CosmicQuestHobbies2 ай бұрын
@@dartmart9263 great idea for the sculpt-a-mold! I definitely have some diorama ideas coming up for the pathfinder to be involved in. One will be an underwater civilization that it comes across. I gotta work on some skills first😉 thank you so much for watching🙂🚀

@@CosmicQuestHobbies pine bark is one of my go-to's for rock as well. It gives a layered slate-like look when used horizontally. Just go break a big chunk off a tree and bake for a few minutes on a low temperature to kill the bugs.. works fantastic and nowhere near as heavy as a real rock :) Love the vids, keep at it!
