Despair: How to Deal with It

Despair is the ultimate self sabotage - It makes us think there is no light and warps reality to appear that way.
This leads to giving up and feeling depressed. There is nothing worse. So next time you feel despairing try this
1. Remember God runs the show and we don’t have the full picture.
2. Shift focus from what you don’t want to what you DO want - and know it’s just as possible
3. Ask yourself what you think something will give you if it happens - and then ask how you can give that to yourself now eg happiness, success, feeling worthy
4. Reach out for support to a family/friend.
