In YOUR rentals... provide tenants with those stainless steel mesh baskets for the kitchen sink drains. I use those regardless, as make trashing food bits really easy. And prevents a LOT from going down the drain.

Yea I definitely wasn't happy about it but I knew it was a soft clog and knew the end was weak and kept it in mind. Still wasn't happy about it. Can't wait to get the the right end! Thanks for the comment bro!

That's alot of food at some point it's the tenants fault. I've never seen the retaining ring on the basket strainer so rusty that must be some special water/environment to do that. I can always tell packages from the supply house random bags if single items. I only see brass nuts on old stuff I'd love to get s big pack myself.

I got them from supplyhouse.com they are the best for drains. Those cheap cast nuts are nothing but problems and makes me work harder
