This would be a good project for someone. You can live on the property while making it your own private paradise. The new reality is that demand is up in Portugal and inquiries from the US have skyrocketed. As a result there will be fewer properties to choose from and prices will reflect the increased demand. Real estate and immigration companies are very busy handling new clients. If you are consdering a move, try to start the process sooner rather than later. Develop a team that you can trust and forge a path to move forward. Nick and his contacts have been our "boots on the ground" in Portugal for the last year and we don't know what we would have done without him. I speak from experience, we bought one of the properties he filmed last year and he has been with us all the way. Get your foot in the door in Portugal now even if it isn't your fovever home. Hi Nick, what a gorgeous property and pretty well priced for whats been done to it already. Ive just come back last week and had made a pitstop in Serta on my way to Ansiao. I had every intention of visiting Pedrogao pequeno and Grande on my visit as it came highly recommended by a friend who was there in September. Looks like Ill have to include it in my Spring trip, although itll be out of my way, I believe its worth the effort. Thanks for a very informative video.

If I lived somewhere else it would be close to PG, it's go so much more going for it than other towns and Cabril is a joy in the summer, water is clean, warm and refreshing. € 85.000 Just don't understand why you have a lot of infomation (well layed-out) except the price and the size of the ruins including roughly how much space is allowably for a footprint to rebuild or for renovation.

@Charles-g5w5g we say rhe price in the video, it's on the thumbnail and in the agents property description. Fernando mentions the footprint size and total square footage of the building over 2 floors, I think it's 170sqm from memory. If you work with a local architect there may be scope to add a little more, or some outdoor areas. @FirstLast-rh9jw this was my initial reaction, then Fernando pointed out some facts, borehole 7k, lodges 15-20k, septic tank 3k, ruin 30k, land 10k, location is exceptional, it added up to me, knowing what I do about property and the value of things here and how everything has rocketed in price, property has not rocketed, just a steady rise.
