On top of that stay active especially if you’re sitting for long periods of time for work or gaming, lifting weights to strengthen your back muscles is a really good preventative measure to protect your spine too

When the Intel agency conspires with the media and the establishment to put you under investigation for your whole term its hard to get anything done. You can say all you want that trump had x many branches of government but its clear by the actions of his party and own branch that all his plans were being undermined on all levels. He failed in acknowledging the importance of building an insititutional backing that's going to support your agenda. He thought by giving positions to the republican establishment that they would come around to his agenda. Over and over he kept putting people that would stab him in the back in positions of power for the benefit of Mitch McConnell and thought that would prop up his agenda instead of undermining it. That's a real risk when you put somebody that hasnt been involved in politics in the white house.

Trump did want to pull troops by Afghanistan, but he was constantly being advised against it by neocons within his administration like John Bolton. In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Trump said if he pulled troops out of Afghanistan it would create a vacuum for the Taliban, and that he would prefer to implement a robust intelligence presence in Afghanistan before pulling troops out. He later started to pull thousands of troops out of both Afghanistan and Iraq to increase his chance of re-election in 2020, but obviously he did not pull all the troops out. It's good that Biden says he will pull troops out of Afghanistan, but judging from past broken promises and current DoD reasons to stay, it could very well be an empty promise.

The agreement to pull troops out was finalized in February 2020 under Trump admin, since then thousands of troops were pulled out, and to this day only 2500 remain. This was all due to Trump's agreement that he issued, I think Destiny just can't handle the idea that Trump may have done something that he agreed with.
