It’s not necessary replacing the head, but picture StarLords mask. It more or less morphs to the head. If they wanted to do it like that and get the more accurate size it would have to be hand molded to the individual and then cut like a clam shell.

David Conant Well Weta has a reputation for a reason and they charge for it, Bungie took a bit of a risk having Corridor build the suit but they have experience with building somewhat similar if on a smaller scale projects. Also Corridor would have a better vision of how they would need to build it because they are going to be shooting the video.

The universe is really interesting, but they just don't utilize that. They use the exact same formula over and over and over again (shoot bad guys, get loot, shoot bad guys, get loot, run around, get loot, etc., etc.), which is a shame, since the Destiny 1 could have been groundbreaking, and Destiny 2 could have been an actual improvement, instead of being, well, the exact same thing.

In the games the helmets are scaled to be the same size as the character's head basically but in real life you need to have breathing room and padding which will inevitably make it slightly bigger

Arctic Fox is right, about you looking for game accurate (aesthetic) and not real life accurate (again, we agree it is still a bit oversized). Also "they're gunna wear for 15 minutes for a video"... I had to check to make sure you were not subscribed to Corridor. Cause if you were, you would have a perception of the time scale of a film shoot. I don't mean that to be rude. However, whoever wears this helmet will wear it for hours consecutively or non-consecutively. I say that confidently not knowing if this is a 5 minute short film or a 20 minute short film.

All around costume looks great. One small detail that would make the costume feel like it was pulled straight from the game, is to allow for the eyes of the celestial night hawk to light up orange when you aim down the sights. This is a detail even some of the hardcore destiny fans do not know about because it can only be seen by other players when you aim down the sights with the helmet on.

It certainly is very noticeable, even in some big budget movies, where they have a fantasy setting and make all these very fancy and very period specific costumes but leave them looking so shiny and fresh that it looks like they just came out of a factory. Giving armour and uniforms a lived in, used feel definitely adds dramatically to the look of a costume.

If i were you I would attach the Ghost to a metal wire and attach that wire to the suit. So it looks like the Ghost is actually flying.
