Facts bro I was only a 10 years old when this released and I didn’t start vanilla vanilla but on the first expansion so I guess that could still be considered OG. Raiding was hard as a squeaker since most LFG posts had a strict policy on squeakers, but I ended up still raiding almost every week and in age of triumph I was doing it 3 times each week using all 3 characters. I don’t have my PS4 either and play D2 on PC but I wish I could play it on PC for nostalgia. I’m glad I can play with my characters I made 6 and a half years ago ;_;

The Necrochasm is probably harder to get then the Vex Mythoclast. First, you need to kill the Blade of Crota in the Fist of Crota quest, with a chance of giving you the "Husk of the Pit" Second, you need to kill 500 hive with the weapon, to unlock the "Cannibalism" perk, to activate it, you need an "Embalming Orb", to get THAT, you need to reach Crota's Bane rank 3, and have 10 "Black Wax Idols", unlocking "Cannibalism", gives you "Eidolon Ally", a legendary auto rifle. Finally, you need to upgrade the entire auto rifle. The final perk you need to purchase is called "Bureoning Hunger". To unlock this, you need to have a "Crux of Crota". In order to get that, you need to complete the CROTA'S END RAID ON HARD. Purchase the "Bureoning Hunger", and you finally get "Necrochasm"

to me, getting the husk of the pit is the only hard part. of course, we havent seen crota's end on hard yet but if you can complete it, necrochasm is a given. vex mythoclast, on the other hand, is based off on rng. just like husk of the pit. only difference is you only get 1 chance per character per week for vex. husk can be farmed.

No one wants to play with some1 who has a weapon that is stronger/ strong as a heavy the whole game, I just fought someone with this gun and i'd like to think of myself as pretty good at pvp seeing as I come in top 3 a lot, but this guy barely had to try. Back on the recommended. I picked up D1 on my birthday cause I'd enjoyed Halo and thought hey it's Bungie, so why the hell not. I had not followed the game's development at all. I just knew that there was a lot of hype behind it, which made me really curious. Man... Those first few weeks of vanilla D1 were like the wild freakin west (in space, of course). As I said before, I went in basically blind, not even knowing wtf an exotic was... haha. Everything was new and shiny, mysterious, and exciting. I think I only ever ran into a person using the Mythoclast once back in those early days (lotta SUROS in PvP at the time). As you might expect of the weapon in its unnerfed state, it melted me... lol. I didn't start raiding until The Taken King dropped. I eventually went back to those old raids (VoG and CE) and got my hands on a Mythoclast. It was, of course, nerfed by that point, but I was happy nonetheless, because that weapon was one of those that always stuck in my memory as the "woah! what the hell is that??" kind of weapons. Can't wait to run VoG for it when the raid is ported over to D2. Of course, I ain't expecting it to be nearly as powerful as it was in those early days, but it oughta be fun to use nonetheless.

I think the titan bubble should be nerfed. It lasts way to long on Control matches and salvage. When you go up against a team of 3 titans that can always put up a bubble its way to much.

Silver Spiral i used arc blade once and I saw it travel through but it killed someone before it got to the bubble so I'm not positive of it's effectiveness inside.

It'll take the Bladedancer like 6-7 hits before he actually kills anyone in the shield.

this is ridiculous, the blade dancer kills you in two or three strokes with his dumb blade, and the bubble is taken down by one golden gun shot, titan has the less over powered supers, blade dancer is the definition of OP, golden gun you're guaranteed 3 kills .. this is the first time I've heard someone complain that the titan's super charge has to be nerfed. if anything needs to be nerved its the hunters subclass, both of them.

Strawhats9 Yer, I would love to do the raid, ive seen it done enough I think a group of 6 lvl 28s or 29s could do it as randoms, they really need to add matchmaking because it won't ruin it as only those who want to do it will try it. I just wish I have 6 friends at my skill level that knew how to play the raid, I could fit any slayer roll for a mission with my warlock, I can just dish out damage without the risk of death if I have my super.

***** Strawhats9 The thing is, a lot of the game you can do as a casual player. I myself am a casual player, don't play VERY often, but when I do, I don't find it tricky to just keep levelling up, doing bounties and missions. If you feel you don't have enough time, do some patrol missions! Guaranteed to get you xp and vanguard points. The vault of glass is probably for hardcore gamers, it's true, but we have patrols, bounties, AND missions. It's good to give them something other than playing the missions on hardcore. I'm a casual player but I definitely see the need for the amazing guns to be rewarded to players who dedicate themselves. Just like a job where if you dedicate yourself you'll get a promotion or a raise. Quit acting so entitled.

Holy shit. You know Destiny and the future of Bungie are fucked up when most of the community is bashing at the people who try the pvp to remain balanced and fun to everyone. First they break their contract with Microsoft (not a bad thing) and then they make a partnership with *ACTIVISION* Then they fire Marty O'Donnell. Now the senior, competitive, fair-play supporters of old times from Halo got replaced by casual CoD fanboys who think no-life people who have the time to grind and to git gud should have the advantage over others, ruining everyone's but a handful of people's experience. Competitive players analyze each of the game's strengths and weaknesses and, if necessary, talks to the developers on balance issues. Casual players just tell others to conform while they use and exploit every single advantage available on the game. The latter can't recognize they're actual shitty players who are ruining others experience by unbalancing the game to their favor. So to everyone telling balance is not a big issue on Destiny or any competitive multiplayer while calling everyone who complains 'filthy casuals', go back to CoD please. Do us a favor and never touch a single Bungie game ever again.

Bungie's fanbase has never been entirely without casuals (and I say that with as much sarcastic understatement as is humanly possible). It may have been BETTER than CoDs, but it was never particularly good. Now it may have dropped down to CoD's level. Still not a particularly long fall. You want a long fall, you should check out Bioware's fanbase.

It should be nerfed slightly. ROF nerf seems to be the best way. Leave everything else alone. It's a tough gun to obtain and it needs to be really good, but the damage output is insane. Slower ROF will mean that you have to aim the shots a tad bit better.
