The Cabal are my favorite race to go against. They got the whole Greek/ Roman thing going on and they're just a bunch of hard asses. I was hoping for a Cabal expansion but we got RoI. Can't complain cause I got a man crush on Lord Saladin and IB is the most interesting event in Destiny to me. I just hope that when the Cabal expansion comes around its us on the offensive. The best defense is a good offence, with that in mind the Cabal already sent a "OH SHIT" message to the Empire. So I hope we push on them. In doing that we get caught up in the war they appear to be fleeing from (maybe even ally with them). Oh GODS, could you imagine how epic it would be to fight along side a Primus!

I've always liked the Cabal. They're probably my favorite type of enemy to face in the game. Hopefully there'll be a Cabal Raid coming out within the next year or so.

My idea for a cabal dlc/raid: You are doing a mission on earth, and you see a cutscene where a cabal ship (already damaged by the Titans at the wall) crashes, since you are on earth it is easier for it to be fixed and researched. You then (after doing more missions hopefully) are able to fly back to the cabal empire and fight through their home defense network, then infiltrate their royal palace (that I'm assuming they have), then go and kill the emperor. The reason that or something like that in the future is possible is because on the navigation map it says Galaxy: Milky Way. So maybe you can travel to other galaxies in the future ( I would also like a taox dlc)

However, Rasputin, or some other warmind, bombarded the cabal while they were approaching, causing the Cabal to declare unending war against us.

+Hardlight but how would we make it? I think making them take over the jungles on Earth a good idea. According to other lore, they life in humid climates, so jungles would be their home turf. Also, if you want spread word. I don't have a large presence on the web. Also, make the Emperor physically imposing and show it in a fight scene. Make him shot (or punch) a Fallen Kecth or Hive Tombship out of the sky.

Love your videos! Me and the few people I play Destiny with have theories on what the Emperor is. They think he is some giant monstrosity similar to how Phalanx, Legioners, Centurions, and Juggernauts are. After doing the Flayer strike one time the thought occurred to me. What if the Emperor is a Psion? Some crazy thing with wild powers. Or even still a race we hadn't seen yet. It was an interesting thought that I figured someone who digs the lore of Destiny as much as I do might like hearing.

The Emporer cannot be a Psion. If you know your Roman History, then you'll know that the Legions of the Romans would hire Auxillary troops to fight with them. That or they would force them to. The Psions are kinda like a puppet state. They work with the main Cabal, but they are controlled by the Cabal as well. The Emperor is gonna be like any normal Cabal, and judging by the Cabal being bigger the higher up their rank is, the Emperor will be massive. Bigger than Oryx.

But in the Flayer strike the Psion Flayers appeared to be the ones in charge not those hordes that defend them. Course like I also said, it could be another race we've never even seen before that is part of the Cabal Empire. And when the Romans conquered new territory those they conquered after a time also had the option of joining the Roman Legions. Like I said though it was just an amusing thought I had too. I also liked the joke my friends and I had of it being one so large it wore tanks for shoes. :p

Hey just wanted to point out that no, the skyburners did NOT crash their ship into the dreadnaught for revenge. If you read in the grimoire card i BELIEVE its the card Cabal 4, They are looking for a way to wipe out the Guardians permenantly by figuring out a way to destroy our Ghost ( They call them dead persons lol). They found out that the Hive have found a way to destroy our Ghost. So they thought the Hive ship and fleet stationed around Saturn located inside Saturns rings ( the Dreadnaught) would be a good point of interest to capture a Hive major and use him as a source of information for finding out this tactic. :)

They don't have much lore behind them. None other than the cards for them, actually. Sleeper's a newly designed weapon, in the game's timeline, and the Zhalo is a mystrey, even when looking at the grimiore. All that's known about the Zhalo is that a Guardian made it out of Pre-Collapse tech, because he had no weapons left.

I was watching to Battle of Twilight Gap video and that last part had me thinking that bungie should make a something like a all the Fallen house come together at attack the city and us guardians can go to different part of earth and defend it but it would only be for a little amount of time. the thagomizers are his shoulder plates but that doesn't mean we're gonna get it from a daily mission. I say this because the hunters have an exotic helmet that belonged the the taken boss in the mission 'outbound signal' and that is droped normaly.

Wow, I just had a wierd thought... what if the emperor of the cabal is a psion? (I don't know much about cabal lore, so I'm just speculating) but that couldn't be too far off. Psions are weak, cabal are strong, so they're brainwashed to fight for them. ...but then again, only cabal have high ranking positions, not Psions, so... who knows?
