@@lovelylace4896I'm kind of 50-50 on this though, we do everything we can to protect dog breeds but we as a species are mixing all the time, I don't think he calls mixed people degenerates eventhough he clearly looks mixed himself, but the process of mating with another race is what he considers degeneracy, there is a difference, Multiculturalism usually destroys religion and other values too, I don't see a problem if you want to date someone who looks like you, I am south east European and consider myself white, but I would never mix my genes with a blonde woman with green eyes from Finland, not my type, even though she is also white, it's not racism, it's preference. Nationalism is not always about race, it's also about preserving your values, traditions, religion, culture etc. As far as i know, America is a mix of everything, so nationalism doesn't make sense in America. I would argue Asian countries are the most protective of their race.

One thing I can’t stand about Sneako is that when he’s presented with a hypothetical, he starts to act willfully ignorant because he knows that the other person’s end argument will make *HIS* initial argument sound dumb. Destiny's content is so good lately. This has made me realize how bad it is to aggresively deplatform people like twitch has done. @strangelitgirl2 жыл бұрын
Indeed!
@krunkle51362 жыл бұрын
Twitch and Twitter are working against their interests, assuming that is getting rid of the 'bad' people. It just creates mystique. There must be a reason for banning people for bad-think, as much as its a fallacy to think like this. People are nonetheless drawn to those people with that mentality.
@dna82692 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Freedom of speech is what makes things interesting. Unless someone is out there preaching blatant hate speech and to go harm people, I say let them speak and let these debates occur. Censoring other adults from seeing and hearing them isn't doing anything but creating an artificial reality where Twitch acts as our parents to try and protect us from the boogie man that says bad things. Ultimately we can go hear them on other platforms anyway, so they may as well let it fly in one space and let the people decide who is logically sound with discourse like this Censorship and forms of prohibition (especially with attempting to silence people) NEVER goes well and only hurts our society as a whole

Nick practically said that as long as their are differences between two individuals, there will be conflict, and we should not seek to increase the number of differences, which include not only beliefs, but age, sex, gender, skin color, geographical location, etc. so when Destiny asks, if he wants all diversity to be removed, and says no, then why does he keep repeating that point. Unlike Nick, I can (uncontroversially) say that certain beliefs can lead to harmful outcomes, but differences in appearance (and all that falls under it) do not create a (considerable) gap between people that would "destroy a country/civilization". If we want homogeny, it should not be through looks, but through values (despite the difficulty of such a thing), because values are what we fight for/over. Maybe the divisions or religion and culture have made the possibility of homogeny more difficult, but we can see more and more people working to moderate, and expand their own views, creating a much more homogenous culture, while some seek to be strict and antagonistic because they feel suffocated as they slowly chip away their own values in order to maintain some semblance of power, the only thing they truly cared about the whole time.

A person who is 'black' is not simply dark-skinned. They grow up in a 'black' country and act 'black'. Whatever this idea how is, however ill-informed, is not imaginary. Biological advantages lead to people acting in certain ways. Maybe in the form of a few nomads several thousand years back. Maybe a few hunters. Or maybe a few farmers. But those trickle down in to the vastly different cultures that places like Europe, China and much of Africa ended up being. A black and white man are not simply separated by looks. There is so much going on behind the human mind and body we can't even begin to piece that connection between how much is nurture (culture) or nature (race). But, by and large the separations of race are easy indicators that two people are going to be different. Granted, in Nick's worldview, it seems that a man and a woman should be separated FAR more than a black and a white dude seeing as sex is the biggest separator among the human race, yet his focus is to keep up his bottom dollar. If none of this resonates; the countries/cultures that do the best by and large homogenize first. Look at all the 'white' countries up in northern Europe. Or how places like China are quickly on the rise. It's no coincidence that a people who are more connected perform better, whether just by belief, or by belief/race/etc.
@vibez28067 ай бұрын
what is acting black then?? And yes it is separated by just looks, my best friend from childhood is white and he is exactly like me except our skin colour. Keep in mind I'm from Oklahoma and I've met plenty of racist. Nick is probably smarter than alot of racist. I'll give him that. But that's because he believes in white nationalism. Usually they are smarter than the run of the mill racist. They base their beliefs on something more than feelings. They will use statistics. They will use arguments that seem sound if you have never debated or heard of them before. But in principle his perfect world is the same as a racist. I've seen his rethoric. He claims America is for white people his ultimate goal was to remove all non white people from the US. He claims he doesn't want to forcefully remove people and he like a some white nationalist are even OK with paying people to leave. But when pushed on this point he admits he would be OK with violence if people refuse. Which is the limey outcome because we have alot of people who where born in America that wouldn't leave willingly. People like this have a more solid foundation for their racist beliefs. In a neutral way? What do you even mean, on what planet? What does neutral mean to you? Destiny did alot of "implying meanings" of nicks commentary and it usually was just very "ah, so you are just a racist" kind of deals, real insightful shit. Honestly, destiny was pretty fucking annoying in this. I love debating but what destiny demonstrated here was a conversation based on feelings (what he felt nick was saying) rather than topic driven. Alot of stuff nick was discussing was statistics yet everyone kept insisting like nick was asking for a genocide rather than prioritizing keeping a country in a stable state before accepting more immigrants...I really dont see whats so "aweful" or racist here.

@@JiminyCricketsruh do you seriously think that Nick is not racist? His whole premise is that groups of people, based solely on their race, are biologically (meaning genetically) different, which is not only factually incorrect but also racist. Since the premise is wrong, his conclusions are wrong. Also, how could one achieve Nicks goals without some kind of genocide or at least forced mass migration (which would be cultural genocide)? Do you really think that he's gonna convince everybody on the planet to go back to their ethnic roots? Thirdly, the "statistics" are not cited by Nick and he just presupposes causation instead of correlation.

Sneako brushed off Destiny's point about how being corporate-friendly and ad-safe is the reason people are able to make so much money, but that's a very important point. They never want to acknowledge it because it's one of the huge plot holes that destroys their conspiracy. They're allowed to make their own platforms, but if your platform is controversial then brands don't want to associate with it. Companies want to make money, and the vast majority of the time, controversy is harmful to marketability and income (that's literally what the 'adpocalypse' was). KZbin wouldn't be banning these people if they weren't harming their income. KZbin doesn't promote X creator because "They push a message we like". They promote them because they're brand-safe and therefore bring in a lot of money and help KZbin's reputation, which in turn feeds into that brand-safe environment that brings in more money. Corporations aren't working against their own self-interest to "push an agenda". They put on whatever image brings in more money, and being clean and uncontroversial reduces the friction between dollars and the wallets that they're coming out of. Same reason some companies in a highly saturate market like Black Rifle Coffee will market as "controversial and pro-Trump" while their higher ups donate to Democrats. Because it's hard to make it big in the _highly_ saturated coffee market. If you market to that group though, you'll stand out to them and help your brand grow. If that image was hurting their brand, they wouldn't do it. If they marketed as a woke coffee brand, they'd get no traction because there are millions of those already. Everyone knows that they would if there weren't though. If they'd be bigger doing that, they would. People like Sneako will say "down with the system", while they actively do whatever it takes to stay in the system because the system is the reason they get rich. And the system is that way BECAUSE it provides opportunity to make that income. They can't/don't want to acknowledge that fact. They can't admit that they _say_ "fuck the system", but won't actually leave/dismantle the system because it's the only reason that they can thrive as much as they do. They couldn't garner anywhere near as much success without these huge and high-income platforms, and the reason these platforms are so huge and high-income is because they cater to being brand-friendly. They act like the system holds them back, but it's the exact opposite. The system's insistence on ousting controversy is the only reason they're successful, and thus the only reason Sneako et al are successful. They have to dodge the fact that the system is what it is _because it works._ That hints to the fact that their conspiracy is unfounded. It's not about "control". Nobody is stopping you from going to Cozy with Nick, and nobody can stop it from doing what it wants. You're just going to lose a lot of reach and income. You lose most of the benefits of the system that you have to conveniently sweep under the rug that's on the floor of your bank safe lol. *TL;DR:* _The system isn't a conspiracy. The system is designed the way that works for the most people, and is the reason you (people like Sneako) have any success. The system doesn't care about your beliefs. The system simply doesn't want you to hurt the function of the system, which is income. Controversial figures harm the income. That's all the system cares about. It's not a secret cabal of secret shadow governing figures._

He said, "O people! Give alms." Then he went towards the women and said. "O women! Give alms, for I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-Fire were you (women)." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is the reason for it?" He replied, "O women! You curse frequently, and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. O women, some of you can lead a cautious wise man astray." Then he left. Sahih Bukhari 2:24:541 Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion." Sahih Bukhari 1:6:301 Narrated 'Abdullah bin Abbas: The people say, "O Allah's Apostle! We saw you taking something from your place and then we saw you retreating." The Prophet replied, "I saw Paradise and stretched my hands towards a bunch (of its fruits) and had I taken it, you would have eaten from it as long as the world remains. I also saw the Hell-fire and I had never seen such a horrible sight. I saw that most of the inhabitants were women." The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle! Why is it so?" The Prophet replied, "Because of their ungratefulness." Sahih Bukhari 2:18:161 When one is given a woman, servant, or cattle, one should seize its forehead and pray to Allah. Ibn-i-Majah vol.3 no.1918 p.157 Treat women well, for they are like domestic animals (awan) with you and do not possess anything for themselves. al-Tabari vol.9 p.113 Jabir reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) saw a woman, and so he came to his wife, zainab, as she was tanning a leather and had sexual intercourse with her. He then went to his Companions and told them: The woman advances and retires in the shape of a devil, so when one of you sees a woman, he should come to his wife, for that will repel what he feels in his heart. Sahih Muslim 8:1038 Narrated Abdullah bin Qais: Allah's Apostle said, "In Paradise there is a pavilion made of a single hollow pearl sixty miles wide, in each corner of which there are wives who will not see those in the other corners; and the believers will visit and enjoy them. Sahih Bukhari 6:60:402 Narrated Abu Bakra: During the battle of Al-Jamal, Allah benefited me with a Word (I heard from the Prophet). When the Prophet heard the news that the people of the Persia had made the daughter of Khosrau their Queen (ruler), he said, "Never will succeed such a nation as makes a woman their ruler." Sahih Bukhari 9:88:219 Those who humble themselves in their prayers; Who avoid vain talk; Who are active in deeds of charity; Who abstain from sex, Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (in their case) they are free from blame. Quran 23:6; see also Quran 4:3 & Quran 4:24 Narrated Qatada: Anas bin Malik said, "The Prophet used to visit all his wives in a round, during the day and night and they were eleven in number." I asked Anas, "Had the Prophet the strength for it?" Anas replied, "We used to say that the Prophet was given the strength of thirty (men)." And Sa'id said on the authority of Qatada that Anas had told him about nine wives only (not eleven). Sahih Bukhari 1:5:268
