Anger is an emotion but when you say "emotional" people don't think of anger. If someone says that the exam was so hard that I got "emotional". Most people would assume that the person started crying or whatever rather than that they got angry. Same as when someone says they got angry it generally isn't communicated by saying that they got emotional. It doesn't really matter if anger is an emotion or not when the way the word "emotional" is generally used doesn't include anger.

Destiny said that men need to be more emotional in the modern world. Fair enough, but that would require him to show evidence that that didn't exist before and that men were abusive.
