Wouldn't be that hard to make if you had even a small amount of money. Most of those news reports were real except for the last one. All they'd need is a decent editor to add the symbols to the regular pictures of places and put together the clips of the news reports. Then some actors to act out the news reports, throw a bit of cgi and special effects and boom: destroid video. Maybe 500-1000 usd is my bet.
