one thing I want to fix for anyone watching this in the future. around 4:25 I say the solution to getting to the next level is taking on more opportunities. I dont agree anymore. Really the solution is to make a hit record. Something big that will push people to your older work and that will force you to evolve. This requires thinking about your audience in the same way I described. But if you dont have the knowledge or skills necessary, taking on more opportunities for growth is a good next step.
