Destroying a New 392 Jeep Rubicon to Build an 840HP DEMON JEEP!

We completely tear down and tear apart a brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392. Why? To build the ultimate Jeep, with an 840 horsepower Demon engine. But there's a whole lot more to this vehicle conversion than just the powertrain!

As per everything you guys build, this Jeep will be the talk of the town. The step child will be back burner but always have a place in my heart. This on the other hand will be front and center for a long while. It may not get the entirety of my heart but it will definitely get a piece. I can’t wait to see what the wrap is going to look like. Sick build. The attention to detail is amazing. Supply issues truly suck right now. When I was looking for 40s a few months ago I wanted the Nittos but couldn't find any. All I could get my hands on was the Maxxis RAZRs which I saw you had on the Demon Child temporarily. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me because the tires are freaking killer and now all my buddies want them after watching me run 80 mph down the highway vibration free and crawl over rocks with hardly a tire slip.

To complete this series, you should add in some short commentary from the in-house Engineers at AMW. How they design and engineer their builds from OEM to AMW. There is some serious engineering that goes into their conversions. How closely does AMW work with Jeep/Mopar on products? With parts shortages, getting anything is a challenge these days. The saying, "Do things right the first time, so you don't have to do it a 2nd or 3rd time.". That's where the attention to details comes in from AMW. The cooled seats have to be close to the top of the list of all the modification rankings! Smile..

Speaking of going through the windshield. I used to work as a linesman. We used 7,5 tonnes trucks.. I heard about one team that just upgraded from a vehicle with traditional brakes to airbrakes. Some idiot designers put the handbrake switch next to the gear stick. So my former colleagues were on the road getting up to speed and then hit 2nd gear...they thought. I wasn't in the cabin, but I imagine a great deal of swearing as they tested the seatbelts. The handbrake switch looked almost identical to the gear stick also.
