➤ How does 40Hz work?

This one is the best for me. I have tried most of your videos and this is so amazing! I listened to it for an hour ( without headphones) while lying down. After the video was finished I felt strange for a few seconds, those sorrows, guilt…you name it I have. I felt lighter. I am I. I don't know about people. Thank you for making these amazing videos.
