Thank you for sharing ! I have lichen planopalris and I'm losing my hair in the crown and diffuse hair loss. I'm just waiting until the day I have cut off my locs and wear wigs. I'm still feeling shame though. I had always had a head full of thick, long hair and it is just going away.

Thank you so much for sharing and your courage! I'm too seeing a derm after about a decade, and the same regimen in addition to the topical metformin/rogaine compound and betamethasone lotion. I also found oils inflamed my scalp as well. Yes, I would love for my insurance company to cover a wig or two lol
