Really nice guide! Would like to also mention the E1S1 hypercarry Robin with Ruan Mei, Bronya and March. Bronya goes full speed build to prock Robin's ult dmg and gets more speed from her passive while her E buff never runs out, Ruan Mei obviously gives a ton of buffs and March keeps follow up attacking to prock even more Robin dmg. It seems like a really fun team, "The Voice of Harmony" enabling triple harmony teams seems like a cool concept (Probably needs the E1S1 tho :c)

her synergy with asta is pretty interesting. not only does asta provide her with atk that robin can use, she also gives team speed which help robin's best team builds. in turn, robin advances forward asta's action, allowing her to ult more often, making the speed buff more frequent than usual pretty cool synergistic stuff

I've seen a lot of Robin guides and you made the clearest and the best so far, the segment I liked the most in your video was the 159 speed on your DPS on second wave while Robin is ulting, Guess what DPS in the game can forgo all other stats (like crit break effect) and just go for SPD and ATK? Yes that's right I I have my Black Swan at 162 SPD with 125% EHR and 3k ATK already, I can't wait to try her in DOT team and I will use Ruan Mei as a DDD holder to let me DOT teammates go 3 Turn on the second wave, that's insane

Topaz has an issue that she only buffs FUAs, but Robin doesn't have any. It's kind of a one way benefitting relationship and it could definitely be better.

People just kinda sleep on Ratio Hypercarry in general, Ratio SW Tingyun + sustain has consistently done well in MoC in the past. The golden standard FUA team is whalebait though, since as you said you need E1S1 to use Topaz as the sole debuff provider, on top of that you also need S1 Aventurine for the additional debuff. There's also Dr Ratio sig LC being ~20% better than Cruising, and at this point being 6 5* in deep you might as well toss in Robin E1 massive team damage buff, E2 cutting down the speed requirement, and S1 further damage buff.

Regarding Himeko, you really do need fire week enemies only at E4 Himeko. before that, you just want a team that can break in her stead. Regarding compatibility with Hanya, even though it's might sound strange, but you can use Hanya's ult on Robin. It will give a lot of speed + attack. And damage bonus is connected to an enemy

At 12:45, iirc Robin's coordinated attacks do not proc Seele's resurgence, as its Robin who gets the kill However, if you have Tingyun in the comp, her benediction buff counts to Seele's resurgence as it scales with Seele's attack not Tingyun's

Just want to shout out Gallagher! He will be incredible for Robin with Multiplication LC. He can easily do 5 attacks during Robin's ult and synnergizes with teams that want to attack constantly. Also has 2 debuffs for Dr. Ratio

Great guide! I've been playing since day 1, and seeing such in depth guides about characters is always refreshing. I'd love to have your (and anyone else's) opinion on the following scenario: I'm guaranteed to get Robin on my next five to ten pulls, since I'm around 70 pity and lost Acheron's E1 50/50 to E6 Bailu (💀). Although I have a E0S0 Topaz, I didn't bother to pull for Aventurine since I already have an E1S1 Fu Xuan and a E0S0 HuoHuo. I was planning to use Robin alongside one of those two sustains, and trying to pull for Topaz's Light Cone. I've around 38 pulls right now and can get up to 50 until Robin comes, so I was thinking if I should pull for Aventurine to use him with Robin, Ratio and Topaz. With how much pulls I currently have, I can probably get both Aventurine and Robin, even if I lose her 50/50. Still, if I pull for Aventurine now, I won't be able to get Robin's Light Cone or Topaz Light Cone. I think my account won't really benefit that much from having another sustain, since I can clear any content with ease. So I've been thinking if getting Robin faster and then trying to pull for either her or Topaz's LC would be better than having Aventurine. I confess that as of now, I'm more inclined to save my pulls for Robin and try to get one of the two LCs, but the idea of using Aventurine, Topaz, Ratio and Robin sounds really cool. What do you think?

I like Robin's LC more than Topaz's lightcone if that what you had in mind for comparison. But new characters unlock new playstyles, from a gameplay point of view it's better. But from a meta strength point of view, Huohuo is good for Robin already and you don't absolutely need Aventurine. Pulling for her LC is stronger in this case. Personally I think you're on the right track of thinking for making your team strong. Aventurine is more comfortable to play in a FUA team, but getting Robin or Topaz's will net you higher team output. (since Huohuo is so good already) If you didn't have huohuo, Id say Aventurine any day of the week though

I played with the hyper speed Robin variant in Excel and it seems really lacking, even for 0 cycle clears. By the way, it's not only tied to 162 - 150, it could be more or less, compensating with the other. 170-142 is probably ideal. But the only gain is starting her ultimate earlier and not wasting energy in holding ultimates back, but at the cost of many stats that could have gone to attack / survivability and even offensive stats for the dps..

1 no cap 2 in the DJ team, energy will be fine if you manage to clear first wave within cycle limit, you'll get another ult duration for free. But if the fight prolongs, the music will stop eventually and SPD start to matter. It really depends on the strength of your account. 3 It's only better to use Robin's ULT ASAP if you can still get 3 actions in the first cycle, if not then you don't have the luxury. Most people will have to settle for a late ult to prevent the wasteful action advance. 4 Robin's LC is the best LC in the game right now (non-hypercarry DPS). Topaz's LC is also one of the better one tho, but still behind abit.

Hi, thank your for incredible guides, legit best guides on YT However some things I want to ask. 4:38 I get the 180 speed requirement to act twice within her 90 speed ult (you need to reach AV ~55), but I dont get 150 speed requirement for the first wave. How does that work exactly? I dont see it granting any extra actions within ult or before it happens. Robin's Ult with Vonvaq occurs at around 98AV , where 150 allies have 66 AV. Isnt it better to cast Robin Ult at the end of the wave so everyone gets an extra action or even save it until the start of wave 2 so you can actually grant an extra turn?

A 162 spd robin only need 84 av to go twice first wave. Total distance required to run twice is 135(200-40vonwacq-25trace). That means teammates have 66 AV to go twice because robin made their first action free. So 151 ish

At 2:54, how did you come to these percentages in your pie chart? Did you use Fribbels hsr calculator based off of recommended stat requirements or did you run tests based off of your own characters? At 3:08 how did you come to these specific percentages? Did you use your previous example of team wide damage and did a comparison if you were to take away from the damage increases so you can measure their impact assuming the other buffs were still applied?

1) I do all my own calcs. F2P LC, reasonable build, F2P teams, but good teams. 2) I have her exactly DMG and her team's DMG when fully built. This is the only way to have good fundamentals to chart everything I wanted to talk about. Actually percentages will be off slightly when you change things up obviously, but the general guideline will be solid. I can't take into account everyone's teams and build, So i take averages on all relatable scenarios to get good charts for comparison.

Yes energy part is great. But from a team build standpoint, theres an opportunity cost to using up a teamslot and TingYun isn't doing much for your main DPS. Unless Robin IS the main dps, then it's viable for single target only fights and not much else.

not physical. SPD, wild wheat and Prisoner in deep confinement are the ideal farms. Take into account what your other characters want, remember that I said set bonus isn't a big deal?

I wanted to ask what you thought about the Xueyi and Harmony Trailblazer core to go with Robin and a sustain. Xueyi's follow up attacks are much more frequent with harmony trailblazers hyper focused kit, and HTB's Ult lets Xueyi benefit from breaks even on already broken enemies! It's not a ridiculously broken team or nothing, but as a new player who hasn't spent anything on a limited banner yet, I expect to get some Xueyi copies while I'm going for Robin, so I'm hoping it'll be functional for how cost effective this banner seems for a new player.

im worried about robin's downtime of energy. even if your whole team does 2 actions + an attack ult. thats still only 18 energy * energy modifier from the 160 she needs, thats less then a basic attack. So if u gonna try look to make her work outside follow up attacky sure buffs are nice. but shes gonna be just standing there for 3 turns after that trying to get energy up if u didnt had a mass amount of actions is what i am worried about.

by the way, for a fresh ULT it's 3 total actions minimum for that team speed build. Assuming 159SPD + DDD. Robin advances then whole teams actually goes 3 times. (2 is minimum without any spd built) Also did you catch the part I said cycle resets also resets her ULT duration? In strong teams teammates go 4 times inside her ult. Silverwolf/Pela can ult twice, total 6 hits, Aventurine total 6-7hits, DPS 8-10 hits (ratio,seele,sushang, etc...) . Total energy is 40-58 depending on the DPS Also on average Robin gets 15 from being hit, 5 from ult, 5 from tech, 35 from skill. With Signature LC this is enough to get ULT back up. @@GladiusCC Yeah not denying there are ways around it, also your guide is totaly fine so just some general concerns i have. Generaly if u meet the non fua 3 action treshold, its prolly about 20 energy without able to abuse the new waves. not all modes and situations will allow u to. i dont worry about her power level while shes on, just the consistency around her mechanic im worried about. For example, Non Fua, Non wave prolong turn. 20 Energy from talent actions (3x3x2) +/- energy, 5 ult, 35 skill, Lets say 15 energy from dmg taken 75 * 1.394 = 105 energy, But even then you still need to have 2 more actoin & Skill points consumed after that after ult + skil to get your ult up again, mabye u clutch out to 1 less Still that gets below the 50% uptime of her ult which i think is painfull in general for harmony. wave reset abuse looks fun, and the Fua team with her looks really fun but with pure fiction and the new mode coming up which is a singtle target (likely boss battles) they dont have those mechanics to use of. so i think if you dont have Fua account, she might be not worth (yet) picking up i think, at leat from my personal debating perspective. the game has alot of characters and most players have to choose ^^"

looks alright, but why only 3x3x2? thats grossly under stating the talent energy, even with 0 fuas. just Silverwolf and Pela alone was already 4-5! Luocha is 4 (aventurine is 4, FuXuan 3). And a mid frequency DPS will still be 5-7, Jingliu, Blade, Jingyuan, you name it. also dont forget the 5 energy from Tech. This is more than 160 with the ERR you provided. And let's also assume she didn't get her ult. It is not below 50% uptime (more like 80% ULT uptime, I will explain). She spents 111AV inside ult and if built 160 speed she only spends 62 AV outside the ULT if she didn't chain ULT. AND you wouldn't ULT or go heavy on DMG on your team and instead hold their burst until ROBIN ulted. And Robin gives a free 100% action advance when she finally do ULT. So worst case scenrio the whole team spend 1/4 of their turns without that Robin buff right? (while not wasting ULT in that 1/4)

@@GladiusCC Hmm sounds fine, though not sure how it exactly works then. in my mind i was like calculating the energy one gets while her singing/ ult lasts. i mean i think most account would have like 2 turns + 1 ultimate, 1 more if u build hard for it for those speed requirements. thats gonna be like 6-8 energy for a character like silverwolf right within that 90 speed ult turn? mabye some others have syngery that give more. but its kinda hard to understand how she exactly works now xD

Great job mate! Thank you for the guide! I have several questions here though: okay, as a t0 player. I wonder can Robin potentially use her ultimate twice, like one time in the very beginning with Tingyun buff and advance. So all character will immediately action once the very beginning. Then we can end the turn(kill the enemy with the rest 3 characters) and then at the very beginning of the second wave, uses her ultimate again to give extra actions to all teammates. Then at the end of turn 0. Uses her third ultimate??? This would be a dream build! Meaning 9 extra action turn for all three teammates . Is this possible? What are the most effective way to use her ultimate so far for t0? Or back a step for t1?

Her ULT duration resets tho on 2nd wave. Assuming you killed all the enemies fast enough before ULT ends. Ulting is early nice, because you start charging the 2nd sooner. you're potentially wasting some Action values using that first TY ult on robin. (given it was already possible with the team SPD I mentioned in boots main stat section) But I can see value using second TY ult on Robin for 2nd wave to guarentee its consistency. Use DDD on TingYun, but I'm sure you already knew that. due to Ult Duration resetting, it's not possible to have 3 Robin Ults in 0 cycle scenarios.

it's not actually 2 ults at the start. What I meant is the duration gets reset and extended, which is not as strong as manually casting an ULT but still good!

Doesn't have Ruan Mei. Only have a Kafka with Swan team and a Acheron team. Do not have Sparkle but do have Bronya with LC and a built Tingyun. Should I still get her?

Yes! Robin is just as good as Ruan Mei in DoT teams. Also even with Ruan Mei, Robin can be played on the other team.
