For Fox News "when it rains it pours". There are other lawsuits Fox is fighting against. The other plaintiffs are smelling the blood in the water. You know it's very bad when the plaintiff can publicly tell how much they got in their lawsuit instead of having to say they got an undisclosed amount.

Fox lost specifically because they spread lies about Dominion while admitting in private messages that they knew it was all a lie. If they didn't have the private messages, then Fox never loses this case. Yes, they settled, but, when you settle for $750M, you are basically just speeding up your loss and sparing yourself more damage from having your hosts testify. CNN and MSNBC don't have clear proof of defamation and knowingly lying. Fox lost specifically because of things Fox did. That doesn't mean all media does it or that all media now has to lose a case too.
