Just imagine traveling those 10 years and the civilization we go to make contact with has been watching us for centuries, and tells us we’re not welcome.

I absolutely love this guy, Adam Frank, he has such positivity and excited, focused energy and obviously loves this stuff... Give us more!! He draws you in with his energy and excitement of these topics, and I bet most would really enjoy having a channel with him regularly. He may also be able to get much younger folks excited and interested in this field, which would give them drive and purpose, instead of watching tiktok videos all day. Great, Great guest...

And if we are capable of making these observations with our still developing technology, imagine what more technologically mature civilizations are capable of. It's wonderful 💕💕

I think advanced civilizations don't want us to detect them. That's why it seems like there's not much out there.

If higher dimensional beings of intelligence can you describe what they are or what their compositions are?

Interesting to hear Adam Frank's point of view compared to the Neil Tyson and Brian Cox, all of which are GREAT at explaining complex concepts simply and with enthusiasm.

I love the brilliance and enthusiasm from him. It reminds me of a young Neil Degrasse Tyson, except it manages to break into deep conversation instead of cool sound bites. His deep understanding and fascination with the subject makes me an instant fan.

Maybe that's why I don't like him. Ignores a lot of data that doesn't align with the mainstream. At least he isn't insanely condescending like NDT.

Comparing someone to Neil isn't as much of a compliment as you think it is.

I dont like that at all 1m-2m. does that mean we are loudly broadcasting where we are across the stars every night for few decades now? yikes that might be very very bad...

If aliens outside the solar system have solar panels, they wont be called solar panels because the prefix "sol," is derived from the root word "solus," the name of OUR star. So their "solar panels," will actually be called "radiation panels."

*** FIRE exist more outside Earths atmosphere. Fire breaths, consumes fuel, leaves waste, has a temperature, has inteligence, saves lives, kills.

But we use city lights because we are human. If you can see in the dark you don't need lights at all. And I heard from some scientist, that radio signals also could be just a short time period when used. Because technology progresses. So it's really hard to say what to look for.

10 years would pass for those travelling on board but everyone on earth would be dead as time would pass much faster

JWST was supposed to find bio signatures on exoplanets. Eighty percent into its mission and we still have nothing. Life in the universe is exceedingly rare to the point where most who study this stuff agree that earth is likely the only planet that harbors life in the Milky Way.

Humans can’t detect intelligence on earth never mind outer space. See if you can find some evidence for that in your lifetime. When you do please let the people know.

The problem with these people is they don't allow themselves to say, yes they are here,we have been visited, they'll never admit the great pyramid are not a burial place of a king even though no body has been found, they can't allow themselves to imagine anything that's not science, and science binds their hands, they are incredibly boring to me lol .just saying man...and they get proven wrong on the daily...they basically give their best guess and don't want to hear anything else, it's what I found with these people...
