For mixed Indicator, I think the right weight is 0.2g Methyl Red and 0.1g Bromocresol green Not 0.02g Methyl Red and 0.01g Bromocresol green.

when i added phenolpthalin indicator in tap water of my lab then there was no colour change ...it means i have to titrate only for methyl orange indicator??

why we can't only do total alkalinity? what's the difference

If you want to find the total alkalinity you have to do sum of phenolphthalein alkalinity and mixed indicator alkalinity. Because two indicators work in different ph range and the whole ph range is the total alkalinity which can't be determined by only a singe indicator.

Prasanna Udaya Kumara, IS reference method said to use H2SO4. So you should use sulfuric acid.
