Dear Faith, I have asthma, and I do not feel good when breathing very fast I need to have my own rhytm. What do you reccomend may be for people with asthma problem, even hatha yoga normal slower pace is better for me becouse longer exhale is very important for me, thank you Namaste :)

Hey so I awakened my kundalini by accident lol and it’s scary, calming sometimes but the involuntary aspect is freaky. Plus i read there can be a syndrome 😬😬 should I be worried? Is there something I can do about that?

Faith Hunter yeah so when I meditate my muscles move involuntarily but I was googling and saw kundalini syndrome. Idk what it is either.

Speaking from personal experience, I would say this is simply a muscle issue. If you are new to meditation, or sitting for a long period of time muscles can move involuntarily.
