I had a raging gastroparesis attack with a rock hard bloated stomach, nausea and uncontrollable belching which kept me awake from 1 am to morning. This practise reset my vagus nerve and peristaltic motility, and I was ok again. It works. Thank you Boho Beautiful!!

I'm new to your channel, but the more I do of your classes (esp. the ones from the last few months) the more impressed I am with what you are doing. I love the advanced twists in this one- revolved triangle and bound twist flank stretch. I retired 6 weeks ago so I have more time to explore and go deeper into asana practice again. I've taken up yoga as part of my journey to regain strength and flexibility after I struggled with an autoimmune diagnosis the first half of this year. I became alarmingly underweight for someone who is already petite and had lost most of my muscle, and I was in a dark place where my anxiety and mild depression were part of my everyday routine. I just wanted to thank you for making these videos, not only are they benefitting my physical health but I've found my mindset is clearer and more positive than ever. I actually fell over during a low lunge twist with elbow on opposite knee. The wonderful thing is that I was 🤣 instead of being frustrated, disappointed or getting angry at myself. I call this a beautiful day and that folks is what I call progression with my yoga♥ Everyday is different, every practice is different, but I grow every day with confidence, increasing my flexibility and building my strength. PS I did not hurt myself during this practice, I just got back up, reset and continued 😉

Could you please add to the description the difficulty level? I am a begginer and I still need to practice a lot in order to do the more advanced yoga classes.But I do love your classes and I have been doing them form some time! Your content is truly amazing! I just need to know the difficulty level of each class. Thank you!

I like to take a glimpse on the sun ☀️ after this class ends. It goes through my forehead and between my eyebrows and there is such a wonderful feeling when the sun hits that area of my face. 🙏🏼

I really liked this! I'm going to keep working at the moves. One move is a bit tough for this 63 year old, but I was able to get into the move. I have bad GERD and hoping this helps. Thank you for doing all your videos! Your voice is very calming. And, you know your stuff! I also have been doing your back yoga video for over a year and it's helped tremendously, so I'm hoping this video will help too! Thank you again!
