My husband and I just visited Detroit from out of state. If we commit to occupying the property are we allowed to renovate the house and sell it? And does that sell/ listing have to be on the land bank’s website?

Yes, you can renovate the house and sell it. No, once you have completed compliance and have been released you can do as you wish, it's doesn't have to be listed on their site @godchaser00
