I was born and raised in Detroit and have had many nights where I have been drunk roaming the city streets at night and never have had any problems with anyone. It's all about how you treat people for the most part. I'm white btw, and most of the people in the city work together in the auto industry. Detroit is a great place but you can definitely take the wrong street into the wrong part of town but if you avoid those areas you should be fine XD

@Rowdy Jr. I did when I was young and dumb. I don't go near em now, dont have any reason to lol but I used to buy weed down in the hood where you would literally pull up in the driveway up to a window of a house and it would be like a mcdonalds for weed dont even gotta get outta ur car they would just hand it to u out the window. The Lebanese in Toronto mostly open shawarma shops not burger shops. The reason being is that theres more demand for shawarma shops than halal burger shops. Michigan has the largest Lebanese population in north american that spans many generations, making them very Americanized. Thus a demand for halal burger shops! Its just good business sense at the end of the day.

This looks amazing!!! This is the first time I have seen or heard of a halal burger place in the USA. Wasn’t sure if it existed!!!

It’s Ramadan and this is making me very umm you know. 😐😩 Makes me want to hop in my whip and drive down to Detroit for some burgers for iftaari. Driving down to this place would be my journey to white castle in Harold and Kumar. This place about 500km away but I’m definitely going to drop by one of these days. I’ll have to call in before I drop by to make sure they are open. Burgers look so delicious. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Im looking at the comment and there are some people who are saying halal is bad. Let me clear this up. Halal slaughter is good. In the UK they use the Halal slaughter method because the animal doesn't suffer and the animals must be healthy and cannot be mistreated before the slaughter.
@litorres41254 жыл бұрын
Kazuki ichika 88 percent of the animals slaughtered through halal methods in the uk are stunned beforehand, because with the halal method the animals actually suffer a little more than normal slaughter methods
@litorres41254 жыл бұрын
Mustiboi Salman most chickens in the us are gassed with carbon dioxide to make the process a little less struggly and let them go peacefully, most cows are hit with a stun gun to the head

My dude Halal is hella unethical. It’s one swift cut to the throat of an animal but bleeding to death by a cut jugular vein is considered one of the most traumatizing and painful ways to die
@samanosuke48514 жыл бұрын
Fank Daggot if you actually did you research they stab it in a way to cause an instant death. There is no bleed out deaths and idk what false information you got that from.
@khatmuljahiliya1394 жыл бұрын
@@fankdaggot8961 how is it unethical? Due to massive blood loss the animal loses concsious. There's no blood going up the brain and neurons undergo immediate ischemia. I've read the reaserch linked above and it seems according to it stuuning first would be better before slaughter. It mentions animal goes unconsious in 10 sec but mention it still feels pain which seems pretty wierd. They mentioned a brain signal of pain not from bleeding(which proves you wrong) but from cut throat nerves is picked up but how can an animal feel that pain if it's unconscious (NOT paralyzed)? I think validity of this report could be tested. But still how is your claim true? If you would care give a little insight. I mean no way is completely free from pain. You may argue CO poisoning but that's not available everywhere and blood is consideres impure in islam. So what better way is there other than halal method?

Y'all saying "halal is a joke" "halal is pointless", it is not for Muslims. The ratio of halal restaurants to non halal restaurants is like 1:1000000. Just shut your mouth and just don't go there if you prefer your meat nonhalal. It's not always about you. So selfish.
