I have a Detroit 12.7 with a non oem tune in it. How do I access and save that tune? I have reprogram tool calibration tool and dddl 6 and 8 just not to confident.

I am trying to buy software to to my own diagnostics and minor reprogramming. Is the nexiq required for diagnostic link? Also does it go from diagnostic port to nexiq and from nexiq to laptop?

i have a detroit 60 14L 2007 model. if you can tell me how to safely turn the egr off so i can put a normal exhaust manifold on it and a BW turbo I will pay you or anyone reading this that will show me how! i cant believe it so hard to get this info

Had a guy tune me 08 Freightliner century Series 60 14l Now my truck can’t idle for longer than 5 minutes. Guy drove all the way out; used his computer to disable it again. Then next day I got on the road and now I still can’t idle more than 5 minutes. 🤦🏽‍♂️
