I recently got the 502 and it's a great mouse talking from my limited experience here just saying. The problem I have is with programming the scroll right and left clicks and dpi up and down. You can't program them to simply be buttons only functions and keyboard clicks. I use it on my ps4 with a keyboard and mayflash adapter. The mayflash won't recognise anything but button pressed from each device the keyboard and mouse the mouse can't communicate with the keyboard .

Great review. I just bought the G502 to replace my old G500. I was initially going for the MX Master but reading some online reviews I feared it would be too big and too heavy. The G502 is great but it is slightly smaller than the G500 and also feels a bit narrower in the hand. I can't rest my little finger on the side so I guess it will take a little time to get used to. I'd definitely like to give a try to the MX Master, though.

+PierrotHD I had the same thought about the G502 after switching from the G502 (had that for a long time). I got use to it pretty quickly. It's such a good mouse. It'll take something pretty epic to get me away from Logitech mice.

Great review! I'd like to ad that the MX master is really only usble as a "palm mouse". If you use just your fingertips to move the mouse very quickly - it's not the mouse for you! I couldn't get used to it. It's too heavy and can't be moved quickly enough. I'm not sure how that works for content creation. I guess some people create their content S-L-O-W-L-Y.

Say about scroll bug on Logitech MX Master 3, I was not sure about Logitech G502 and hoping that this video will clarify it but this is not the case.

I think this is the mx maser 2s, and has a dpi of 4000

I the vid it is the mx master, not the 2s due to Logitech being written fully across the "click pad" (idk what it actually is called) instead of logi being written on it.

2 years later i post because i have the mx master and just bought the g502 and its going back tomorrow,its way too small if you have mans hands lol ,the g502 feels cheap,light and plasticky in hand but it comes with weights (wtf?) to make it heavier. i only played apex legends briefly but i couldnt notice any significant difference in latencey,configing the keys was quite annoying. If you have big hands then stay away from the g502 its way too small, the mx master has a higher arch and fits me much better,the mx master is heavier too which i much prefer. The g502 is not an upgrade from the mx master just for you people watching this thinking it is. This video is simply this guys opinion. i was hoping to experience an amazing differene in latencey but i didnt notice any what so ever...its going back. +1 for mx master all day long.

Got a 502. Looking on a MX Master 3 because my hands are kinda big and my palm grip is not good on my 502 (my pinkie finger often cramps or is folded like a spring). Would love to see how a MX Master 3 behaves on video games (and mmorpgs like WoW) and if the palm grip is good or if I need a bigger mouse :p

As good as the MX Master is, I don't really recommend it for video games, It's just not accurate enough for me. We currently working on a comparison of the G502 and the Corsair Dark Core Wireless mouse. If you've got bigger hands, the Dark Core might be a good one for you. It even has a removable piece on the pinky side to give you a platform to rest your pinky.

my Logitech 402 which is still using the old Logitech logo (the rounded G) is still working for me! that is very impressive! and that is why I think Logitech mouse is trusted by me and I will continue to support this brand for the computer accessories they make and will buy a new one from them if the G402 finally failed XD

Gotcha. I personally wouldn't go that route. I can't stand membrane keyboards anymore and the mouse is a bit small for me. I like them to fill out my hand.

That's fair. It doesn't fit my hand well enough for gaming. I have relatively small hands, though. Plus, call me old school, I just don't trust the wireless latency of the radio in the MX Master. I just prefer wired for gaming.
