Austria will join Germany again. Only trough historical misfortune and foreign dictates was it split from Germany
@floofylunafox6 ай бұрын
It won't. Under the Austrian law and Austrian state treaty that's not allowed, and there's almost no sentiment among Austrians to join Germany. While we speak the same language, we are culturally very different and generally distant ourselves from Germany.
@helmuthvonmoltke55186 ай бұрын
@@floofylunafoxLaws can always be changed and public opinion is as fickle as the wind. The only reason why Austrians distance themselves from their German brothers is because they have been utterly cucked by the victors of both wars. It's honestly quite pathetic.
@imperator_musicae44004 ай бұрын
@@helmuthvonmoltke5518 Agreed. Historical Revisionism has acted on this. While it's true that many patriots in the 19th century wanted a small german unification excluding the habsburgs, it's also true that many wanted the opposite, a big german solution, including the german-speaking territories of the new so called Austro-Hungarian Empire. So? We can only find middle ground on a cultural level, BUT it depends on how far back you want to consider something "german". Technically all germanic peoples have commonalities, so does the german CONTINENTAL group of people like Germans, Austrians, Dutch, Swiss germans. It really depends on what your idea of nation IS, and who you consider your compatriot. It's the same thing when you get asked: do you feel more european or x nationality? It can be either, or both! So you CAN be austrian and feel that you are part of a german group!

That represents workers and peasants under the capitalists and nobility. Quite realistic show of social facists that you would still be slaves of capitalists
@Silvreina4 ай бұрын
@@mcboat3467 The theory of "social fascism" is hilariously stupid. How can you look at something like Freistaat Preußen and think "It's not good enough waaaaaah!! They're all social fascists!" when they had literally banned the NSDAP and National Peoples' Party (Thank you, Minister Severing). The first and foremost priority of egalitarians is to reinforce social progressivism via anti-reactionary thought and activism. Going after the economic forces that create the seeds of fascism comes second when the fascism is firstly destroyed.

faithfull and true are very similar, and also treu is very clearly a cognate, which can easily cause confusion, like how "Karemell" in swedish is better translated as "candy" than "caramell" despite the fact the two have very similar meanings, and sound almost identical
