Sorry, I am an advocate for animals. I love them dearly and I can say with confidence that PETA is an extremely corrupt organization. I would request an investigation outside of PETA before i would pursue a lawsuit. PETA is notorious for their own unethical behaviour and the un-aliving of many animals....do not relay on them as an honest source for anything.

I saw a documentary many years ago, where dogs and cats were skinned alive to use the fur for the edge of the hood of the coat. I could throw up at the thought of that documentary. I did check out the Mexican page of LV to see what was available of the Murakami collection and was much less than other countries and some sold out effectively but what was shocking to me as an old soul was comparing the prices witty the ones of 20 years ago 😨 the bag I liked was like $3500 dls that in Mexican pesos is a lot of money, the only things that I felt expensive but possible where the sandals 👡 that where simple but pretty $230 dls aprox, the belt and the scarfs $500 dls. But like you I was expecting more, great stuff a few new and crazy things, more effort on this project, watching Zendaya on those simple photos didn’t mean anything to me I was hoping someone else that actually wear the first collaboration, that bring back the mood make me feel back in the days, Zendaya represents the new generations but this collaboration belongs to an older generation.

Thats shocking about the treatment of the snakes and crocs but at the same time not shocking. Personally I’d never buy furs or exotics. Might be a bit of a UK cultural thing tho. When Ive been on holidays to other countries fur seems more common. Ive never know anyone personally to buy it new only vintage stuff or passed down from a grandparent. Which I dont have an issue with. Better to use than send to landfill. Then I still think most are a bit uncomfortable wearing in public especially with fur which Ive heard the animals are treated just as poorly.

Even if I had the money or desire to invest in exotic skin accessories, what is being described at 51:13 makes me want to hurl. I am so relieved that the inherent cruelty of shady perpetrators in fashion, the retail trade and the LGS are being exposed, so that customers are fully informed and can act according to their conscience. Like the fur industry pythons and crocodiles are skinned alive there’s not a humane way of doing it whatsoever. I believe we should wear pre loved fur and exotic skins. These animals died for the products as the animals have already suffered for the product and it would be a waste not to 💔💔💔
