Jack Thorn just completed the movie Radioactive about Madame Currie but maybe a talented scriptwriter could do an equal important film about Lise Meitner. Her story is incredible and suprising no one has done her story yet IMO.

Dear S&S, I've listened to your podcasts and wrote to a few managers I could imagine working enthusiastically with, pretty much logline only in line with keeping it brief. The logline is flawless and the concept couldn't be higher. Not that I should have needed it due to the logline but a friend familiar with my work, with very respectable IMDB credits, wrote a letter of recommendation which should have induced an automatic script submission request. Nothing. Now, either I'm deluded and the logline isn't even remotely flawless and the concept is low and tired or I know exactly what I'm doing, what I'm pitching and how it fits into the market and these query letters are being filtered into junk and simply aren't being read. I'm not deluded, the logline's flawless so what to do? The impression given by most of your managers/agents is that they don't want to be called. Could you ring round some of your past managers and ask them if their inboxes became bloated after these podcasts and/or find out how many query letters they are receiving at the moment and how many they are able to get through per week? Would be helpful to know if query letters now are a waste of time.
