I like how realistic this video is with a crying baby doing tummy time. It made it more relatable. Obviously you would stop if the baby becomes distressed, but naturally babies find tummy time frustrating and will cry. This baby is a trooper for demonstrating these exercises, he’s probably a teenager by now 😅

I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzbin.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

It is very distressing to see the baby forced into tummy time positions whilst upset. I do not recommend forcing your baby into these positions.

That ball is far too big! Use an appropriately sized peanut ball. Your ball activity served no purpose other than to squash the baby. It didn’t promote core strength or help the brain experience weight through arms or legs. You also rushed the movements on the mat and even continued while the baby was obviously very distressed. Really poor.

that looks extremely dangerous on the ball.

She’s supporting him with both hands moving from trunk to hips and using her body to limit the movement of the ball. Nothing dangerous about her technique. The baby gets the support he needs while allowing freedom of movement.
