Guys I'm going to tell you what I did, I downloaded Samsung drivers for phone latest version 1.17. at the moment, downloaded Odin (1.14 latest version at the moment) the connected my phone Samsung galaxy s6 edge on, my PC recognize it and at device manager I could see the drivers for my phone, then I disconnected my phone and put it on download mode ( volume down+ home button+ turn on button) then open Odin and connected my phone, worked perfectly this way, hope someone find this comment useful.

I already downloaded and installed Samsung drivers, and windows is able to detect the phone but cannot recognize it thus cannot communicate with it. And my phone is essentially bricked because I might have deleted some important files while it was rooted.

Thank you. That was the needed fix. I got the drivers on the Samsung support page, installed and the IDCOM worked as it should (no longer gray/undetected). Thanks for the pointer!

This is incredible, I already have the drivers installed and regardless I booted into Disable Driver Signature Enforcement that didn't work, I had to reinstall the drivers... Thank's for the video.

Thank you very much, I got it to connect to my P.C. after a few days trying everything. my problem was the stupi....d cheap cables I was using , I try a different one and that one worked, I guess the other cables don't have the data cables or something , i hope this help others, good luck.
