G. M. Madam, yesterday i saw your yoganidra, and tried at night. I am very very greatful madam. Earlier i am not getting sleep. But yesterday i have done your three tips to getting sleep. I gone bed with bed with three tips. I woke up at 4.30. Till that i didnot wokeup. Tq, tq very much madam.

I am suffering from severe insomia. Even sleeping pills and high doze of anti depression tablets could not give me proper sleep. I tried this vedeo. Initially I didn't get much result. I started listening this video before going to bed. Again I tried when ever I woke up in the night. May be two to three times in the night.Now, slowly I am getting better sleep. Hence I recomend this video to those who are suffering from insomia. Thanks a lot🌹🌹🌹

Dear devika mam thanks for your yog nidra.judt now I was great need of this i was suffering from high BP 160/95/112..after taking bp medicine ,i started it and found my self relaxed.i m 76yrs old retired government school teacher. C

Rrespected Doctor sahiba very very clearly explained about Yog Nidra. You told to focus on ur mind keep away all negative thoughts etc but nowadays people are so badly effected because of different types of Stress and strains it si enough difficult not to have any thoughts in mind.we cant think of such meditations or mudras becauseof our day to day problems such as school ing of children ,fulfilling all the needs minimum .I hope you might have understood what I mean for common man.However i will make sincere attempt to do Yog Nidra.Thank you so much for ur kind guidence.God bless u mam.

Nice . What is t minimum time limit for yoga nidra. Because ur timing is 27 minutes which is not possible two times a day.
