Hello maam i completely agree with all the points mentioned by you But what a teacher must do when the organisations do no respect the subject and asks to rush and complete portion within stipulated hours Just to give you more clarity maam i am CA finalist student and teaching that subject from last 6 years According to me that subject requires 60 hours but organisation says to complete it within 45-50 hours And compares with other faculty who just finishes the portion for name sake

Loved your simplicity ma'am. I wanted to be a teacher when it was a very respectful profession but now when i have finally become a teacher i experienced that slowly and steadily teaching profession has lost its respect. Now teachers are mostly treated as slaves of students and their parents. Everyday a teacher faces insult and embarrassment. I see teachers crying in the class. I started to regret choosing this field. But looking at you it kind of gave me some positivity.
@goodshepherd3508 Жыл бұрын
Hello my friend don't worry everything is going to be alright, but you will need to be committed no matter how embarrassing and insulting you feel sometimes and I'm also teacher and I feel that it's our responsibility to be flexible in how we deal with parents and their children our students, we need to understand that we can make a difference. Some times parents and students complain about me and I feel the same but let me tell you it's my passion that's why chose this career and I'm not going to regret it because there will a time come when we will get good parents and teachers or otherwise same people who insult us will one day appreciate us.

Hello Friend it doesn't matter if anyone criticizes you about following your passion because you get satisfaction out of it because you are passionate about it. Money is not everything. There are many people in this world they are earning a lot of money but are not happy in life. Therefore happiness and satisfaction is more important.

Everytime I hear your thoughts and your videos I get motivated and inspired by you Mam. You are really great teacher. I'm also working in a school since 4 months now and before I was working as Customer Service executive for 7 years in call center and bpo industry in Pune but I felt somewhere didn't have the satisfaction and goal but by entering in teaching field I feel passionate and committed and by taking guidance from your videos I feel more confident and enough to solve obstacles in this field on how to train the young minds with patience and care. I'm from Maharashtra and I can speak English, Hindi and also Marathi which is my mother tongue but more than that I liked Telugu also because I stayed in Andhra Pradesh for few years and I learnt it little by watching Telugu movies and it is great to become all rounder learning new languages and skills.

Ya ,i agree that teaching is a respectful job... But now a days its totally changing, no one is focusing to improve the slow learners, no respect to the teachers, instead of competitions to improve students or marks of students, school is focusing to improve admissions and giving targets to bring admissions to stay in school for next year, as a Muslim girl i don't feel comfortable to roam every where bcs its not good i don't feel comfortable but school is keeping a new law that if i want to continue the job for next academic year i must go to canvassing and get admissions. As well as some schools are conducting exams to children before taking admission if he is well they are accepting there admission or else if he/she is slow learner then rejecting there admission, i want to ask if every school will reject them ,where they should study, every child has right to study, and in my view teacher means should teach to all kind of students ,even slow learners and brilliant students, then they are called as a teacher. Anyone can teach to clevers then they are not called as a teacher,if he teach to only clevers, not only that schools also conducting exams for teachers, treating as labours to teachere by making them to stand whole day,no holidays on government holidays also..... I just want to request all school please make teaching job easy not so hard, make us free to teach freely without any stress, we are also humans, we choosed teaching job as a respectful job and dream job but you are all making it too tough. Im i correct?

...vibrant , you mean to say interactive and alert ..?...but no, vibrant means it is about tutors abilities to create enthusiasm among the students through her or his very spirited, sporty, and live way of presenting the content to be taught...it also involves the tutor's physical gestures and movements, the intonation pattern of his or her voice and also the approaches at teaching, with what way you are imparting your knowledge!... actually amalgamation of various teaching methods like elaborations through analogies, talking of life-like situations, telling the stories, incidents related, question -answer ways, involving learners in actual activities, creating some fun and laughter among them, and last not the least, being very much democratic tutor in your approach, making/turning the classroom environment, teaching-learning atmosphere /experience very much alive and vibrant...:)
