TART CHERRIES, thawed, 1 cup morning, 1 cup night, flushes out uric acid in 30 days or less. Sugars and processed carbs cause uric acid. At one time I could barely walk and I thought I was a prime candidate for both hip and knee replacements. Namaste

Respected mem, pain on liver side and ribs after empty stomach is main problem , stool is liquid and sticky foam, without antacid tablets acidic taste like battery salt comes Usg is normal,and few bilirubin is increase in lft Plij help mem for this problem

Most mudra are supposed to do 45 minutes a day but I read this mudra only 5 to 10 minutes is enough. Could you please also clear this point ? thank you so much

10 - 15 Minutes is the ideal time or if you are in deep Meditation you may practice this mudra for 30 Minutes also.
